Elevated scores do not confirm ADHD. They can, however, suggest that a fuller evaluation may be helpful, especially when these patterns are persistent and interfere with functioning.

How this screen is organized

This page separates two common symptom clusters often considered in ADHD screening.

Inattention: distractibility, forgetfulness, difficulty sustaining focus, and trouble finishing tasks.

Hyperactive / Impulsive: fidgeting, excessive movement, blurting, interrupting, and difficulty waiting.

Clinical Note

Attention concerns can overlap with anxiety, trauma, learning differences, sleep disruption, sensory issues, stress, and developmental factors. A screening result is best understood in context.
