This estimate is based on lifetime clinical averages and information known at the time of scheduling. It is not a guarantee of outcomes, duration, or total cost.

Our Commitment to Stable, Accessible Care

Embrace New Life Counseling & Wellness has not raised its therapy rates in over four years, despite significant economic challenges nationwide. We have made this decision intentionally in order to prioritize accessibility, continuity of care, and transparency for the individuals and families we serve.

Session Length

All therapy services are provided in 60-minute sessions.

Standard Therapy Rates (Per 60-Minute Session)

• Individual Therapy (including EMDR and Child/Adolescent Therapy): $145

• Couples & Family Therapy: $155

Rates are confirmed prior to scheduling and remain consistent across treatment modalities within each category.

Lifetime Average Treatment Duration (Estimates)

The following ranges reflect lifetime clinical averages observed across similar clinical presentations. These are not requirements and may vary based on individual needs, goals, complexity, and progress.

EMDR Therapy

• Lifetime Average: 8–12 sessions

• Estimated Total Cost: $1,160–$1,740

Individual Therapy (Non-EMDR)

• Lifetime Average: 12–24 sessions

• Estimated Total Cost: $1,740–$3,480

Couples or Family Therapy (Standard)

• Lifetime Average: Approximately 12 sessions

• Estimated Total Cost: $1,860

Couples or Family Therapy – High Conflict or Crisis

• Lifetime Average: Approximately 24 sessions

• Estimated Total Cost: $3,720

Therapy is always collaborative and reviewed regularly. Clients are never required to commit to a predetermined number of sessions.

Psychological Assessments & Court-Involved Services

Psychological assessments are individually priced. Fees vary based on the specific referral question, scope of assessment, testing instruments required, record review, scoring, report preparation, and whether the assessment is for clinical or court-related purposes.

A separate, written Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of any assessment process.

• Embrace New Life Counseling & Wellness does not participate directly with insurance plans. Clients may independently seek out-of-network reimbursement if applicable.

• Costs may change if the type of service changes. Any material changes will be discussed in advance.

If you receive a bill with an itemized service that is $400 or more above this Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges under federal law.
