How the Care Track™ works

1

Reset

Understand what is actually going on under the surface instead of just managing symptoms.

2

Regulate

Get your body and mind out of constant stress mode so you can think and respond more clearly.

3

Refocus

Identify the thought patterns, blind spots, and internal pressures that are keeping you stuck.

4

Rebuild

Replace habits and coping patterns that are not working with healthier, more stable responses.

5

Lead

Show up differently at work, at home, and in yourself—with greater clarity, control, and consistency.
