- Latest court orders regarding custody and court-ordered counseling instructions must be emailed to Intake Specialist at YouMatter@EmbraceNewLife.com prior to scheduling an appointment at Embrace. Our services are offered within the parameters set for in latest legal ruling(s).
- In a high-conflict divorce or high-conflict co-parenting situation, you will need to add your ENL therapist to your FamilyWizard account.
- All communication about child(ren) will be shared with both parents.
- No individual parent sidebars (in-person, calls, texts or emails) with ENL therapist unless therapist initiates for purpose of meeting court order requirements.
- Court-ordered services are different than personal services. Court is considered client and Embrace counselors are bound to counseling objects set forth by the court, not ad nutum of parents.
