We are a team of faith-based, family-trusted & psychology-informed therapists & life coaches!

That means that we practice the science of psychology through the lens of spirituality and faith.  We bring post-graduate training in community and hospital clinics and provide evidence-based treatment tailored to your needs, not tailored to insurance constraints.  You lead your life changes by creating measurable goals that meet your needs.  It is our privilege to come along aside you, your teen, or your relationship to guide and support health, growth and your process.

Couples who are struggling with infidelity, addictions, or co-parenting can do it with grace and dignity. Just like everyone has physical health, everyone has mental health. Teenagers have unique needs that are often misinterpreted because they are enduring the second largest growth spurt of their lives. There is help.
My mission is in helping couples change checkmate into communication. I specialize in marriage counseling which includes, couples, remarriages, and infidelity.
